Can we say FRUSTRATED!!!!

Okay so I'm like pulling my hair out over TJ... he's killing me! I know I shouldn't say that but I am so "FRUSTRATED" with him right now it's not even funny...UGH!!! Why doesn't he want to try harder!!!

This is my dilemma, he's a great kid really he is... Everyone is always telling me how much they LOVE TJ and how he's so polite and helpful and that his laugh is so contagious... Allot of people have watched him play football and they tell me he can go all the way. (meaning Pro football). He really is good at what he does. But he doesn't care to to the school work. He says he's board and he HATES doing homework!!! UGH!!! It's like the devil himself comes out of him....yikes!

I know he hates homework but let's face it that's going to be for the rest of his life! There's just no getting around that. He says he knows so why doesn't he just stop arguing and fighting with me every day and just do it already!!! He's only in 7th grade and you would think by now he would know there is just no getting out of doing homework... if he knows how to do the work already then why not just do it and get it over with!! UGH!! I've already done my time in school graduated and then some!!! Why me?!?!?!?

Lord I thank you for my son TJ and I ask you to be with him today to help him hand in homework and pass his test & quizzes. To be able to remember and comprehend whatever is being taught today. I ask that you strengthen him and encourage him throughout the day Lord. Give him the strength to endure and want to do what's write to improve himself. Lord I ask that you take ALL fear out of him and give him the self-esteem he needs to do his school work. In Jesus name, Amen & Amen....

Well we've made it thru two weeks of school so far... Yeah, that's a miracle in itself!!!! Romello's find out that Middle School is nothing like Elementary, there is A LOT more HOMEWORK....UGH!! Sometimes I wish the teachers would really think about the parents when they hand out homework assignments. I think Ro fell asleep last nite before homework was finished...UGH poor think he was up till midnite the nite before trying to get all of his homework done.
I think I'm going to have to make a schedule so we can fit everything in. Doubt if it will work though we are so busy...
Anyways our trip to Sea Isle City, NJ has been cancelled due to the Hurricane heading towards NJ and Carolina... In a way I'm kind of glad but then I really wanted to go. But as long as all 30 kids are safe from any kind of danger I'm kool :) We can always do something else some other time. Our Youth group is pretty kool, as a kid I was never involved in anything with the church especially not anything as far as a youth group. I kind of wish I was maybe things would of turned out a lot different but oh, well no sense in hashing out the past right time to move forward....
And on that note... TJ played in his first scrimmage yesterday! I was so excited (I think more than he was)...LOL the fact that he got to play was a surprise! We had a rough start with football and I thought I was going to have to fight TJ the whole way thru football season but I think now that he sees he's really good and everyone loves him and wants him on the team it's all working out. TJ played E-town last nite and LD (Lower Dauphin) WON.... YEAH!!! TJ's playing offense and defense right now :) I had to laugh because TJ can really hit you hard, I mean the wind gets knocked out of you. On kid told him if he sees him coming he's just going to drop, TJ doesn't even have to worry about trying to tackle him because he's just dropping, playing dead as soon as he sees TJ coming...LOL

I guess that's it for now I have to get some kind of work done today...UGH who ever thought of work sucks!!!!!
